These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Noe Games platform ("Service"). Noe Games is a software-as-a-service platform developed and operated by NOETIKOS LTD. All payments, subscriptions, merchant of record obligations, and legal liabilities are borne entirely by NOETIKOS LTD.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. All transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe, Inc) on behalf of NOETIKOS LTD. By entering your payment method, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to your selected plan.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you believe there was an error in billing, please contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Noe Games is a link management platform. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or illegal content.
• Spam or deceive customers.
• Bypass technical restrictions or limits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without refund.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where NOETIKOS LTD is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
