The Site is an informational website about our games, Unity assets, and related news. It does not sell products directly, does not require registration, and does not process payments.

Our products are distributed through third-party platforms, and their purchase and use are governed by the terms of those platforms and the applicable product licenses:

• Unity assets are sold on the Unity Asset Store and are subject to Unity's terms and the applicable asset license.
• Our games on Roblox are subject to the Roblox Terms of Use.

The Site and its content — including our logos, product names, texts, screenshots, and other materials — are owned by NOETIKOS LTD or used with permission. You may not use them commercially without our prior consent, except as described in our Press Kit for coverage of our projects.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to its infrastructure, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
